She is head of branding, marketing and new product development in Hoshiko, and about food loss prevention, she has been working on product development as a project leader in cooperation with other industries to launch.
To expertise her wide range of network with cook, food coordinators, she successfully launched a pop-up bar using HOSHIKO at a popular restaurant in Paris.
