Dr Ronny Tan is a Consultant Urologist in private practice at Advanced Urology, the largest urology group practice in Singapore. He runs clinics at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre, Parkway East Hospital and Farrer Park Hospital. He is accredited in all the major private hospitals in Singapore and is a Visiting Consultant to the Department of Reproductive Medicine, KKH. Prior to starting his private practice, he was the Director of Andrology in the Deparment of Urology, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore. He was Clinical Core Faculty of the National Healthcare Group Urology Residency Program, Adjunct Assistant Professor of the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University- Imperial College, London and Clinical Senior Lecturer of the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He sub-specializes in Andrology, Male Subfertilty, Sexual Medicine and Urological Prosthetic Surgery and is the first Singaporean to be fellowship trained in USA in this niche specialty, having undergone a clinical fellowship at Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr Ronny Tan is currently on the Executive Committee of the Singapore Urological Association (SUA). He serves as the Vice-President of the Society for Men’s Health Singapore (SMHS), the Honorary Secretary of the Society for Continence Singapore (SFCS), the Vice-President of the Global Chinese Andrology and Sexual Medicine Association (GCASMA) and is the Chairman of the Membership Committee of the International Society for Sexual Medicine (ISSM). Dr Tan was on the committee for Clinical Practice Guidelines 2012 for treatment of Premature Ejaculation and is the co-chairman for the SMHS Guidelines for management of erectile dysfunction in 2014 and 2020.
