Mr Ardi S. Hardjoe

Ardi has close to two decades experience as a management and administration professional in the Singapore healthcare and social welfare system. He is also a qualified Social Worker and has operational competencies in the Eldercare and Disability verticals. He is a seasoned leader, managing people and has turned around underperforming programmes (from a financial and quality perspective); as well as in starting new programmes and services. Ardi also believes in leveraging on appropriate technology to increase productivity in the work place. He obtained MSc qualifications in the Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems and continues to pursue his interest and apply himself in this area. Ardi’s motivation is driven by his passion to help people, especially the poor and the underprivileged. His belief is that no one should be denied the help they require regardless of their financial status. He continues to apply these principals to himself and to those he leads and hopes to contribute more to society through Thye Hu Kwan Moral Society.
