Speaker expertise

Range Design Leader in the Range & Product Design department at IKEA of Sweden. We design, develop and manufacture all IKEA products on a global scale. My assignment has been to monitor customer needs from a home furnishing perspective. To identify, lead and support new range initiatives on a global level. I have been responsible for developing a range called OMTÄNKSAM that is based on knowledge and insights on the needs of the aging population. However the range is not targeting a specific age group nor specific conditions. OMTÄNKSAM is to make everyday life, easier for EVERYONE and for EVERY BODY. IKEA is a global home furnishing company with 434 stores on 52 markets and over 200.000 co-workers. IKEA was founded 75 years ago by Ingvar Kamprad. I have been working at IKEA for over 15 years in various positions. My background is within marketing and retail.
